Refund policy
At AETHER, every piece is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you upon your order. Because of this bespoke process, our return policy differs from traditional "mass-market" retailers. Please review the criteria below carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect Size Selection: Please refer to our detailed Size Chart on the product page before ordering.
- Change of Mind: We cannot restock items once they have been custom-printed for you.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take immense pride in our quality, but if we made a mistake, we will fix it. We offer a 100% Replacement or Refund for:
- Items damaged during transit.
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues or significant print errors).
- Receiving the wrong item/size/color than what was ordered.
Requirement for Claims: To process a claim, you must email team@aetherwear.in within 2 DAYS of delivery. You must include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear unboxing video showing the damaged area and the courier label.
3. Return Timeframe
For eligible "Damaged or Defective" claims, you must notify us within 2 DAYS of receiving the product. Beyond this window, we unfortunately cannot accept the claim as we cannot verify the source of the damage.
4. Refund Process and Timing
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI).
- Refund Processing Time: Once approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or using a specific "Final Sale" discount code.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective Items: Team AETHER will cover the cost of return shipping or simply ship a replacement free of charge.
- In the rare case of an approved discretionary return, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility at their own cost.
