Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the aetherwear.in website operated by us.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1. Account Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our integrated payment gateways.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However:
- We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- As our products are Print-on-Demand, slight variations in print placement and color saturation may occur. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
- Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Because each product is custom-printed upon your order, cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the production process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to most locations within India through our logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery times are typically 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
- AETHER is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds (POD Special Policy)
Our products are made-to-order specifically for you. Therefore:
- No Returns for Sizing/Preference: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or "change of mind." Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the defect to team@aetherwear.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
7. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others (including copying AETHER designs).
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
8. Limitation of Liability
Team AETHER shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, arising from your use of any of our products or the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [YOUR CITY/STATE, e.g., Ludhiana, Punjab].
