At AETHER, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, our shipping process is slightly different from traditional retail.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
- Standard Processing: 2-4 business days.
- During this time, we are busy printing, quality-checking, and packaging your items.
- Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and quality-checked, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
- Standard Shipping (India): 5-7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping (if available): 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS after processing.
- Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free as of now.
- Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
4. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive for perfection, external factors like weather, festive seasons, or regional restrictions may occasionally cause delays.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at team@aetherwear.in with your order number.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

- We currently only ship within India
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the package arrives damaged, please reach out to Team AETHER(team@aetherwear.in)Β within 48 hours of the delivery status update so
